Kevin Parsons is an experienced labor and employment litigator representing employers for over 15 years in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. His practice involves defending employers in virtually every type of dispute involving the employment relationship including:

Mr. Parsons served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Potter immediately after graduating from law school.
