Matt Orso is a litigator whose practice focuses on construction, public contracting,
and employment law. Mr. Orso joined Smith Parsons in 2011 after serving as a law
clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Conrad, Jr., Chief U.S. District Court Judge for
the Western District of North Carolina.
